QUALIFICATIONS:

The following outlines Aligned Data Centers' minimum qualifications and selection criteria for the Regional EHS Manager:

• Possess Board Certified of Safety Professional (BSCP) certification which includes at least one in the following categories:
  1. Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  2. Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
  3. Construction Health and Safety Technologist (CHST) 
• 5 plus years of experience specific to data center or commercial building construction and operations. This experience includes knowledge with EHS compliance and proactive incident reduction programs, EHS training, risk assessment (including job hazard analyses), compliance assurance, and incident management incident response training, reporting, root cause analysis) associated with data center or commercial building construction.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• This position may require working at extreme heights, in areas that are under construction, or in restricted areas such as a switchgear room, manhole, utility tunnel, crawl space or attic 
• Frequently required to stand
• Frequently required to walk
• Frequently required to sit
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
• Frequently required to work near moving parts 
• Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions (extreme heat or cold)
