| On-Duty Shift Training "Ad-Hoc" will not exceed 1 hour in duration, unless necessary. On-duty training may include, but not be limited to, high risk/low frequency skills, driver’s skills, or other areas determined necessary through the Training Division’s ongoing assessment process (call review, QA, field assessment, etc.). On-duty crews, will be in a “last call” status, meaning they will notify Dispatch that they are out of service except for life-threating emergencies. The crew will be the last unit to be dispatched except for critical events in which the crew is in close proximity such as cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, or other like emergencies. | |||||
